**Overview**Under the general direction of the **Quoting Manager**, the **Data Entry Specialist** plays a key role in supporting the Pricing and Quoting Department. This position is responsible for accurately transferring customer requests and pricing data into company systems, maintaining organized records, and ensuring data integrity across all stages of the quoting process. The role requires a high degree of accuracy, speed, and attention to detail, as well as strong communication skills to coordinate with the Quoting and Drafting teams.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**- Accurately enter customer requests, quotes, and pricing details into Excel spreadsheets and company databases.- Verify data against source documents at multiple stages to ensure accuracy and completeness.- Maintain updated backup files and project records in designated folders.- Review, audit, and correct data entry to minimize errors and discrepancies.- Communicate regularly with Quoting and Drafting teams to clarify requests, resolve inconsistencies, and ensure smooth workflow.- Follow up on pending requests and tasks as directed by department management.- Assist in maintaining accurate records of pricing updates, product details, and customer information.- Perform additional duties and participate in projects as assigned by the Quoting Manager.**Qualifications & Education**- **High School Diploma** required (Associate’s or higher preferred).- **1+ years of data entry experience** (required).- **Microsoft Excel proficiency** is required; ERP system experience is a plus.- **Typing speed of 65-70 WPM or higher** with excellent accuracy (required).- **Bilingual in Spanish and English** (required).- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under deadlines.- Proven experience in the **furniture industry** is a plus.**Skills & Competencies**- Fast, accurate data entry and typing skills.- Strong time management and multitasking ability.- Ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentPay: $14,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month**Experience**:- Data Entry: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: In person
