We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.- “At HSBC we offer our colleagues a greater number of days so that they can fully enjoy their wedding, take care of the new member of the family, or grieve the loss of a family member._- Our paid leave package is at the forefront in Mexico, now you have one more reason to be HSBC and proudly live a culture of well-being, balance and car care”_We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Full Stack Engineer - (iSeries RPG Developer)**The purpose of the Full Stack Engineer - Business Analyst/ iSeries AS400, Developer (RPG) is to help enable transformational business change that fundamentally enhances the way the business operates in order to create value and deliver upon the strategy.**Principal responsibilities**- Work as a Business Analyst, assisting with the requirements gathering process and coordination between users and TREATS developers- Perform the technical analysis and documentation for changes and new requirements- When necessary, operate in different time-zones (eg: UK, HK, India) to work seamlessly with colleagues in other IT teams for the successful delivery of projects- Unit, System integration, User Acceptance testing.- Maintain system, operational, helpdesk documentation: Support procedures, development specifications, User FAQ’s etc- Conform to the defined Development standards, Legal, Compliance and SOX controls- Develop / integrate code- SIT/ UAT environment build- Preparation & support for live implementations- Production Implementation and Post-Implementation Support- Production SupportRequirements**Requeriments**- Knowledge of Treasury Markets products and post-trade operations- Overall financial services industry knowledge with specific functional expertise Ability to build, maintain and navigate the organization using formal / informal networking skills and work effectively and efficiently with a diverse team.- Excellent understanding of the full project lifecycle and Agile methodology- Good communication (English, Spanish - verbal and written) skills.- Ability to easily navigate and adapt quickly and effectively using different tools and technologies- Strong technical analysis skills, with the ability to define a problem, assess it and propose solutions based on facts / data.- Excellent RPG development experience and excellent with IBM iSeries DB2, RPG ILE, CL ILE, SQL- MS Windows, MS Office, Visio ski- IBM Utilities & Development Tools, i.e. Rational Team Concert (RTC),- Rational Developer for iSeries (RDi)- Interface technologies - DDM, MQ, SFTP, Connect:Direct, etc- ARCAD, Jenkins, Ansible, SonartypeIQ- JavaYou’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.**Issued By HSBC Electronic Data Processing (India) Private LTD
