**Job Function**:Supply Chain Engineering**Job Sub Function**:Process Engineering**Job Category**:People Leader**All Job Posting Locations**:MX905 Manuel Talamas Camandari 2849, Lote Bravo, Ciudad Juarez, ChihuahuaFueled by innovation at the intersection of biology and technology, we’re developing the next generation of smarter, less invasive, more personalized treatments.**We are searching for the best talent for Process Engineering Manager to be in Juarez City.****You will be responsible for**:- Receives essentially administrative supervision, with responsibilities given in terms of the goals and general limits of the organization.- Has been totally assigned technical and administrative responsibilities to interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate his/her activities.- Establishes operational goals and objectives in order to reach the goals and strategies of the organization.- Prepares the programming of projects and coordinates engineering activities to ensure receiving the specifications as well as the corporate goals and objectives.- Plans and develops projects (engineering, process development, maintenance system, operations transfer, costs improvement, etc.) over unique or controversial situations or problems that have an important or major- impact in the programs of the organization and the Business Units. This includes the exploration of related areas, reach definition and selection of problems to research, and develop concepts and solutions.- Maintains a link with the individuals and the units within his/her organization, with the responsibility of acting independently in the technical aspect and in activities related to his/her area.- Implements goal systems and procedures to ensure that the machines and equipment are properly used and comply with the specifications. Revises the equipment and machinery requirements based on production programs. Determines and guards the implementation of capital requirements for improvement.- Operationally solves equipment, manufacture, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent delays in the delivery of NPD, identifies equipment and new processes if necessary.- Checks and approves processes specifications and STD designs. Checks and approves changes for documentation.- Practices policies and safety procedures and quality; actively participates in them.- Is responsible for monitoring the financial metrics of the unit, for example: CIP, Spending, Capital Manages a team of Engineers and Technicians.- Is responsible for the complete direction and evaluation of his/her work team.- Directs his/her team according to the applicable policies and laws.- His/her responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees, planning, assigning and directing their work, monitoring their development, rewarding and discipline employees, assign complaints and solve conflicts.- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level- Responsible for ensuring subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures- Performs other duties assigned as needed**Qualifications / Requirements**:- Engineering, any specialty.- Master’s in science is recommendable.- More than 9 years of experience and training in the Medical Industry preferably.- More than 5 years of experience or training in a similar position preferably- Knowledge of the requirements of Quality Systems like ISO or QSR.- Must possess a clear theoretical ability and practice of fundamental engineering techniques applicable to the function of supervising.- Shows a profound technical knowledge of equipment and maintenance systems of installations, as well as equipment calibration standards, tools and documentation control systems in a regulated manufacturing environment.- Ability to use computers and software related to the activity.- Ability to manage projects, limits, scopes and terms, knowledge of the principles and methods, tools and techniques of Project Management.- Excellent oral and written abilities in Spanish and English.- Ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement world-class manufacturing practices like JJPS that include lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, among others.- Knowledge of financial concepts applied to manufacturing, which include budget and cost control.- Team work and collaboration
