Why join Aptiv?**YOUR ROLE**As Process Engineering Manager on our team, you will: He is responsible to the Regional Process Engineering Manager for securing new business quotes, installation of equipment for business start-ups or engineering changes, compliance with and control of the e-Change, e-Permit, and CAO systems in the cutting area, as well as compliance with equipment capitalizations and the department's Forecast.In your daily job, you will:- Compliance with the department's forecast- Quotations for new business- Compliance with business start-ups or engineering changes according to the master schedule.- Support for business transfers.- Purchase and follow-up of new equipment- Release of equipment with safety and quality compliance.- Ensure compliance with the BOP/BOE- Installation and support in the CAD system- Support for compliance with the OEE metric- Compliance with the E-Change system- Preparation and review of machine progression according to long-term volumes and MCR- Review of MSD and allowances in the cutting area.- Modification and coordination of layout movements in the cutting area.- Ensure mechanical validation and seal ability during business start-ups or engineering changes- Compliance with timely equipment capitalization.**YOUR BACKGROUND**- Bachelors degree Industrial Engineering or related- English level advanced- MS Office- BOP/BOE (Cutting, CDD, and Equipment)- CAS System- Qlik- Financial System (Forecast, Inter, and Requisitions)- ROF System- Process Capability Studies- ISO 45001 EHS and Risk Analysis- ISO-TS 16949 & ISO 14001 Discussion**WHY JOIN US?**- **You can grow at Aptiv.**Aptiv provides an inclusive work environment where all individuals can grow and develop, regardless of gender, ethnicity or beliefs.- **You can have an impact**.
