Descripción y detalle de las actividadesResponsible for planning, developing, and implementing policies for recruitment, selection, hiring, compensation and benefits administration, employee services, training and development, organizational development, occupational health and safety, medical services, and other administrative functions. The goal is to attract, retain, and motivate talent aligned with the company's operational needs, while promoting a harmonious labor environment. Reports directly to the General Manager and oversees the Human Resources team.Key Responsibilities- Leads, supervises, and occasionally executes the recruitment, selection, and hiring process for indirect personnel.- Coordinates staffing actions to meet the minimum personnel requirements for new or existing plants.- Listens, follows up, and resolves employee conflicts raised by managers, supervisors, and staff.- Oversees the HR Supervisor and indirectly manages the Recruitment Coordinator, Payroll Coordinator, Compensation & Benefits Coordinator, and Employee Services Coordinator.- Develops and enforces policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the company’s labor and ethical conduct code (EICC), implementing corrective actions when necessary.- Designs and implements employee retention strategies.- Develops initiatives to reduce turnover and absenteeism.- Ensures proper administration of employee incentives and salary adjustments.- Prepares various HR statistical reports for corporate purposes.- Ensures compliance with the Mexican Federal Labor Law.- Represents HR in internal meetings.Experiência y requisitos- Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or Engineering.- English proficiency - 90%.- Proficient in Microsoft Office and TRESS systems.- Strong negotiation skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Proactive and solution-oriented.- Demonstrated leadership skills.- Strong teamwork and collaboration.- Outgoing and people-oriented.Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT- Fondo de ahorro- Seguro de gastos médicos- Transporte- Caja de ahorro- Descuentos de productos- Servicios medicos en planta- Comedor- Bono de Puntualidad y Asistencia- Bono de Transporte**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Recursos Humanos**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
