Descripción y detalle de las actividades**Job Overview**The HR Chief / Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing all human resources functions to ensure alignment with company policies and compliance with Mexican labor law. This role ensures the timely and effective execution of recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, labor relations, and organizational development initiatives. The position also supports compliance with social security,health, and safety regulations.- ____________________**Key Responsibilities**Lead and coordinate full-cycle recruitment processes across all organizational levels to maintainauthorized headcount Plan and execute headcount strategies aligned with business needsAdminister compensation and benefits programs, including payroll pre-processingEnsure compliance with labor law, internal policies, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and other governmental institutions (e.g., FONACOT)Develop, update, and enforce internal employee handbooks and HR policiesManage organizational development programs and employee training initiativesCoordinate timely and efficient delivery of personnel services to all departmentsSupport the Health & Safety department in labor-related aspectsFoster positive labor relations and serve as a point of contact for labor compliance mattersMaintain accurate HR recordsand reporting systemsExperiência y requisitosBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or a related fieldMinimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources, including supervisory rolesStrong knowledge of Mexican labor law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and internal policy complianceExperience with HR management systems; TRESSStrong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skillsEnglish proficiency (minimum 85%)Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT- seguro de gastos médicos**Número de vacantes** 2**Área** Recursos Humanos**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo- Lunes a viernes**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: 85%, Escrito: 85%**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
