You will build and support key processes to operate our debt facilities, complete diligence and implementations with new debt and banking partners, direct cashflows, trade FX derivatives, and more. This role will work closely across Capital Markets, Finance, Treasury, and Accounting to ensure fluid collaboration and real-time information flow. You will be a critical part of our next big team "upgrade".**You will**- Deliver daily and monthly debt facility reporting to lending partners- Lead and document debt facility operational processes- Manage credit card portfolio liquidity and funding needs, including directing wire payments- Execute FX derivative transactions with bank trade desks- Lead due diligence and onboarding processes with new banking and lending partners, coordinating across Compliance, Legal, and Accounting teams to deliver required documentation and execute agreements.- Answer all internal information and data requests and build a robust system for key metric tracking**Requirements**:- 2+ year of finance, accounting, banking, consulting, or capital markets-related experience- English language proficiency at a professional level- Bachelors in finance, economics, accounting, business, or a technical or quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science- Advanced in Microsoft Excel and proficient in Microsoft and Google suites- General understanding of Finance fundamentals and Accounting principles- Extreme detail-orientation and highly organized and develop your own systems for tracking and managing priorities- Avid notetaker and excellent written and verbal communication skills- Curious and eager to learn and good interpersonal skills and comfort working with external partners**Strong preference**- Experience with financial or capital markets reporting is a plus- SQL ability is a plus- Experience working with US counterparties**What we offer**- Make a positive impact on the lives of our customers via financial inclusion- Professional development opportunities- International exposure & work experience- Competitive salaries- Flexible schedule including remote work- Generous vacation- English classes- Mental health support- Extended maternity and paternity leave- Yoga and exercise classes- Company swag- Legally required benefits
