**What we are looking for**:Comunal is looking for analysts to join our Investments, Capital Markets, and Asset Management division. You will play a critical support role in the execution of investment strategies, capital raising, and ongoing asset performance analysis. You will work closely with senior members of the Investments and Asset Management team to assess real estate opportunities, support capital markets efforts, and help manage the performance of the company's property portfolio.**Key Responsibilities**:- Support the underwriting of new investment opportunities through financial modeling, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning.- Conduct due diligence and research on market trends, competitors, and comparable transactions.- Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal review and Investment Committee approval.- Support fundraising activities- Monitor operating performance of existing assets and track key financial and operational KPIs.- Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Legal, Development, Operations) to ensure asset-level business plans are executed effectively.**Qualifications**:**Education**- Currently enrolled in the final semesters of an undergraduate program- Recent graduate (within the last 2 years)**Competencies**- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint- Solid financial and commercial real estate knowledge is desired- Critical thinking and excellent organizational skills- Proactive attitude and collaborative mindsetAvvBuHHkfm
