Packaging Engineer**場所**:Gestamp Aguascalientes, MX, Gestamp Ag**日付**:2025/03/06- INGENIERO DE EMPAQUERole Summary- Establece sistemas de control de entradas y salidas de empaques vacíos de clientes (OEM’s / Plantas hermanas) con una eficacia óptima. Desarrollo y cumplimiento de normas de empaque que se ajusten a las necesidades de los clientes internos y externos. Desarrolla e implementa mejoras en los procesos. Requiere conocimiento de los requisitos regulatorios de la industria de componentes de empaque, sus pruebas y documentación relacionada.- Key Responsibilities- Definir la estructura de control de entradas/salidas de empaques para todos los clientes.- Coordinar el registro de entradas/salidas en portales de clientes y en tablas de registros.- Confirmación de disponibilidad de empaques diario para garantizar el cumplimiento de producción en las líneas de producción.- Conciliación semanal/mensual con clientes de entradas/salidas de empaques que garanticen disponibilidad de equipos y cuidado de presupuesto.- Levantamiento de inventarios cíclicos de empaques.- Calculo de empaques para modelos nuevos, consumos normales de acuerdo a forecast y por reposición de equipos por desgaste.- Calculo de áreas para almacenamiento de empaques dentro y en exterior de la planta.- Analizar la variación de volúmenes de producción para prevenir afectaciones por empaques.- Seguimiento a las afectaciones de líneas por falta de equipos.- Planeación de los mantenimientos preventivos y de reparación de los equipos.- Cumplimiento de los sistemas de seguridad y calidad de la organización.
