Importante empresa requiere:**Project Management Profesional-PMP****Experiência**:- Contar con mínimo de 1 a 3 años de experiência trabajando como Project Manager.- Un fuerte sentido de atención al detalle, capacidad analítica y habilidades de liderazgo.- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.- Manejo de Metodologías Agiles.- Una actitud proactiva, motivada y flexible, adaptable a cambios en un ambiente dinámico.- Inglés Conversacional (deseable).- **TITULADO****Actividades Principales**:- Liderar y coordinar al equipo responsable de alcanzar los objetivos del proyecto asignado.- Generar planes de trabajo y cronogramas de entrega.- Controlar los recursos asignados al proyecto con el fin de cumplir con los objetivos marcados.- Gestionar las restricciones (alcance, cronograma, costo, calidad, etc.) del proyecto.- Controlar y monitorear cada fase del proyecto asignado.- Identificar y evaluar los riesgos, además de generar planes de acción para mitigarlos.- Mediar ante cambios en los intereses de clientes y equipo involucrado en el desarrollo del proyecto para facilitar acuerdos.- Gestionar la comunicación interna y hacia el cliente durante el desarrollo del proyecto.- Elaboración y presentación de reportes ejecutivos sobre los avances de los proyectos asignados.**Se ofrece**:- Sueldo neto entre 15 y 20 k. (de acuerdo a experiência)- Modalidad 100% presencial.- Prestaciones de Ley.**Horario y zona de trabajo**:- Horario: lunes a viernes 9:00 a 18:30 hrs.- Zona de trabajo: CDMX.
