At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.**Responsibilities**MSO Supervisor**Main Purpose**The**_Global Procurement Coordinator _**will support the Category Leader to design, execute and implement the sourcing strategies for**Make Waste Management and Water Treatment **subcategories.This role will have the opportunity to actively lead the development and execution of tactics to drive quality, cost and service improvements. Will also be key agent to identify synergies and best practices to harmonize and leverage along LATAM.**Accountabilities**- Supports category strategy over a multi-year horizon, delivery of AOP targets, price variance tracking, supplierinteraction and negotiation- Understand key cost drivers, industry trends and best practices (today and in the future) to shape the sourcing strategies- Leads sourcing program:- Spend mapping for the Category- Understand key cost drivers, industry trends and best practices (today and in the future) to shape the sourcing strategies- Support strategy for category and lead main regional initiatives- Align Procurement Category Productivity Plan with Sakeholders and Market Indirect Leads- Execute Sourcing tenders (RFI, RFP’s) under 7 Steps Methodology- Build partnership relations with functions and ensure procurement is involved at earliest stage of procurement process- Ensure appropriate reporting and the impact of procurement initiatives in LATAM- Support Susstainability agenda along region- Sustainably deliver +6%-7% cs productivity**Qualifications**- Bachelor Degree in Business / Industrial Engineering, Administration, Economics or other related fields is preferred- Relevant experience in procurement (+2 years), supply chain, operations or a related field- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; adept at data management and analysis- Excellent communication and collaboration skills- Able to manage multiple complex tasks to completion- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, results-oriented matrix environment- Experience with Ariba (RFPs, RFIs, e-auctions) and SAP is a plus- Language skills - Spanish and English essential. Portuguese is a plus.
