**About the Role**Uber Eats is looking for an Operations Manager in Mexico, the mission of the Merchant Operations team is to make Uber Eats the preferred delivery platform for eaters by ensuring a detailed merchant's operation.You will be crafting tools and scalable processes to support local teams to achieve magnificent experience targets. You will need to have daily interactions with Territory Leads and Account Managers to make things happen and develop a deep understanding of key brands to get actionable insights and mid term strategies to make every delivery magical.**What you'll do**- Work closely with commercial teams to understand key ops merchant opportunities to reduce defects.- Build scalable processes that allow us to educate merchants and guarantee operational excellence.- Assess trade offs between different strategies to build long term eater dedication and merchant preference**What you'll need**- We are looking for someone with experience in operations- Data driven with high analytical capacity- And most meaningful: Ability to take initiative in a constantly evolving work environment- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment- Strong collaboration and partner management skills- Outstanding Excel and data management skills- We would love Strong SQL skills- We are self-motivated and creative
