This role
As a key player in our Merchant Operations team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our commercial partners, optimizing operational processes, and leading initiatives that enhance partner satisfaction and business performance. You'll also be the primary owner of our CRM platform, ensuring it supports our growth strategy and delivers actionable insights. This role is ideal for someone passionate about client success, operational excellence, and driving scalable growth through data and technology. Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for merchant partners, ensuring their operational needs are met with speed and precision.
- Lead strategic initiatives to improve merchant experience, retention, engagement, and performance.
- Own and optimize our CRM system to support partner lifecycle management, segmentation, and campaign execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Product, and Customer Support to align operational activities with business goals.
- Drive continuous improvement in onboarding, data accuracy, and partner communications.
- Monitor KPIs related to merchant success and growth, and report leadership insights.
- Develop scalable processes that support long-term growth and operational efficiency."
- Proven experience in operations, client success, or account management—preferably in tech, marketplaces, or B2B environments.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) and how to leverage them for growth.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy.
