**Are you looking for an exciting opportunity?**We currently have a full-time opening for a**Purchasing Manager (Mexicali).**If you are looking for a fast-paced environment where you can make a difference every day, then this is the opportunity for you**This position is responsible for.**This position is responsible for the direction, coordination, and supervision of employees working in the planning and procurement of goods and services such as raw materials, parts, components, supplies, finished products, and equipment in a manufacturing environment. They will manage the daily activities of Buyers and the Purchasing staff to achieve the company's goals. They will review and approve purchases as authorized, develop policies and procedures for the operation of procurement activities, manage the supplier base, and coordinate purchasing activities with other departments to maintain inventories at planned levels.**What your background will be**:At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.Knowledge of inventory management, cost analysis, and negotiation.Leadership and team collaboration skills.A degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.**Skills**: Required- Conflict Management- Negotiation- Effective Leadership**Behaviors**: Required- Innovative: Consistently introduces new ideas and demonstrates original thinking- Team Player: Works well as a member of a group- Leader: Inspires teammates to follow them- Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well
