As a tech support specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering technical assistance to our partners through phone. Your primary focus will be resolving technical inquiries efficiently and effectively, all while showcasing a proactive, innovative, and multitasking approach.**Required**:- High School diploma or equivalent.- Minimum of 1 year in a customer service role.- Proven technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.- Passion for technology, particularly in areas likes IoT, Smart Home, Surveillance, Networking, and Home Theater systems.Preferred:- Advanced degree in a technical field.- Hands-on experience installing or troubleshooting.- Surveillance/security systems- Power Management systems (UPS, surge supression, etc.)- Audio-video equipment, network hardware, or similar technical products.- Knowledge of:- Networking concepts, including advanced router configurations, managed switches, firewalls, VLANs, Etc.- Home automation, IoT, media distriution (HDBase T, Video over IP), high-end audio, HVAC, low-voltage or electrical wiring, and smart lighting systems.- Familiarity with case documentation in SalesForce.
