**What your background should look like**:- Problem Solving Techniques- English 75%- 1 year in a similar position- Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA)- Identify opportunities and implement changes to improve and control processes or products.- Analyze production problems, propose solutions, improvements and generate savings projects.- Define, control and/or update layouts, process flow, methods, tools, standard and labor times.- Create, implement and/or update work instructions, flowcharts, PFMEA's and Control Plan Support.- Implement engineering changes and deviations (ECO's, DCN's).- Follow up on the procedures of the manufacturing engineering department.- Provide the necessary evidence to the quality department for the closure of customer complaints (CAR's, 8D's, etc.).- Support in the introduction and deployment of new, modified or transfer equipment.- New Product Introduction Support (NPI).- Adopt and promote the preventive measures and Health and Safety procedures established by the Company to avoid accidents or illnesses.- Participate in the implementation and development of the Company's Management Systems, Certifications and Programs.- Perform any other activity required by your Supervisor or Manager.**Competencies**:- Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork
