You will be responsible for the recruitment process, developing and executing new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, employee experience, benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. And will also act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics. If you are interested in making a positive difference in the lives of others, **we are looking for you****Responsibilities**:- Administer compensation and benefit plans.- implement HR policies.- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.- Supports management in the handling of employee relations matters. Escalates concerns in relation to HR and other matters to the appropriate management staff as necessary.- Supports, communicates, reinforces, and upholds the mission, values, and culture of FTO.- Supports other projects and performs duties as assigned.**Qualifications**:- Intermediate-Advanced English- Experience in Human Resources, preferably in a Generalist role- Experience with recruitment sources (internet, social media, internal program etc.)- 6 months payroll experience minimum- Knowledge of labor law (Ley Federal del Trabajo)- HRIS proficiency.- Understanding of Microsoft products (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)- Willing to work in the office**Salary**: From $18,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
