What you’ll do Issue policies and endorsements for all lines of business, ensuring necessary documentation is included and that the issuance flow, slips, and calculations of insurance operations are received from the Profit Center or directly from the broker. Compare the agent’s/client’s request against the underwriter’s proposal to ensure issuance aligns with the proposal submitted; notify the underwriting area of any differences. Register all information in the system and verify accurate data entry. Issue in accordance with local regulatory requirements and compliance rules and criteria. Coordinate with corresponding areas to obtain required information or approvals. Ensure quality of the target metrics and meet SLAs within the agreed timeframe. What we’re looking for Communication skills: ability to convey information clearly and listen effectively. Analytical thinking and decision making: analyze data and situations to determine cause, effect, and appropriate actions given facts and constraints. Customer orientation: anticipate internal and external customer needs, address them, and seek ways to exceed expectations. Adaptability: ability to adjust to new situations, individuals, and teams. Data analytics: understanding of quality performance data. Business SLAs: awareness of deliverables and performance expectations. MS Office proficiency: experience with data processing tools, including advanced/intermediate Excel.
