Objective Responsible for executing, through detailed follow-up and inter-departmental collaboration, the positioning of Mercedes-Benz cars in the pre-owned segment; implementing workplans and delivering milestones to acquire and retain customers, while coordinating actions to ensure the sales plan is on track. Day to day (main tasks) Ensure the execution and continuous updating of the CPO Plan (Certified Pre-Owned), fostering effective collaboration between departments and agents, proactive follow-up, and clear executive communication. Track and evaluate CPO sales volume and financial penetration plan results. Support Sales Area Managers in the development of the CPO channel. Provide market data and insights about the pre-owned segment as input for the Residual Value and Commercial Committees. Profile Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Business. Previous experience: 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, logistics, remarketing, and fleet management. Languages: Advanced English Location: CDMX (Santa Fe) Local contract applies.
