The Sora Union team is globally distributed and made up of diverse and talented professionals impacted by or at risk of displacement due to conflict or climate change.YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:- Sourcing and recruiting for roles across the organization, including design, localization, QA and general & administrative- Understanding the roles, priorities, and needs of your hiring managers and creating a sourcing strategy to attract the right talent- Working closely with hiring managers to establish trust, and providing them with structure and information throughout the hiring process- Providing feedback, suggestions and input to Chief People Officer and team to improve the effectiveness of the recruitment process in the organizationIDEALLY, YOU'LL HAVE:- At least 3 years experience with high volume recruitment- Experience managing or working in an Applicant Tracking System, (ie Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter), and a variety of sourcing tools and job boards- A collaborative approach, with a focus on knowledge sharing- An inquisitive mind with a strong desire to learn new things and improve existing processes- High-growth startup experience- Experience working as part of a distributed team- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Problem solving, attention to detail, follow up and time management skillsThe Recruiter role is a full-time, initially 6-month contract position, and we intend to convert it to a full-time employment relationship. This role is a distributed position and can be based in any location.Sora Union operates independently in association with All Turtles. We work with a variety of partners and clients, some inside the All Turtles product studio as well as external companies.
