And as part of one of the largest and most diverse healthcare companies in the world, our brands leverage the company’s world-class research tools and scientific prowess to provide consumers across the globe with innovative consumer medicines, skin, baby, and essential health solutions.We are searching the best talent for **Union Recruiter Analyst I** to be in Juárez, MexicoPurpose:- _Partners with the Human Resources, supervisors and managers to accomplish staffing level goals for a select group of union positions._- _Provide recruiting services for union new hires and union promotion for Juarez Campus._Main Responsibilities:- _Collaborate with recruiting planes, create and deliver strategies to fulfill union positions_- _Identify and share best practices for recruiting processes for union employees in Juarez Campus_- _Maintain a closely communication with Union Committee and ER/RL_- _Keep a closely communication with Hiring Managers ensuring the needed skills for indirect positions_- _Responsible of the internal indirect positions posting_- _Generate the required internal movements for Union promotions in Juarez Campus_- _Coordinate and process the weekly level / Salary change for Union Employees applicable for Salvarcar site_- _Coordinate with GHS (Global Health Services) for any require medical examination in new hires and promotions processes_- _Integrate new employees file and deliver it to the local R&O according with the New Hire DTP_- _Responsible to elaborate metrics and reports of the recruiting processes (Juarez Campus)_- _Support in special projects to obtain department goals_- _Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level_**Qualifications**- _University/Bachelor’s Degree Administrative, Human Resources or Engineering Areas._- _At least 1 year of experience in similar roles_- _Experience in massive recruiting preferred_- _Knowledge of manufacturing environment (field) preferred_- _English Level: Advanced (required)_- Other Key skills:_- _Excellent verbal and written communication skills_- _Problem solving and presentation skills_- _Ability to relate to any level of the organization_- _Ability to work cooperatively with any level of the organization_- _Urgency sense_- _Quick adherence to changes_**Primary Location**Mexico-Chihuahua-Juarez- **Organization**Cordis de Mexico S.A. de C.V.
