Our commitments to Diversity and Inclusion, Corporate Social Responsibility, and sustainability demonstrate our commitment to stand for what is right.**We will count on you to**:- Negotiates for the procurement of goods, services, and supplies to minimize the cost of purchases and to ensure business goals are met.- Participate in negotiations for the procurement of goods, services, and supplies.- Implements and utilizes supply chain strategies to address capacity issues, etc.- Develops and implements supply chain strategies and develops networks that address capacity issues, production location decisions, etc.- Analyzes price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to help determine reasonable prices.- Administers contracts in accordance with sourcing goals to ensure acceptable service levels.- Research suppliers to ensure that the organization's standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability of supply are met.- Research suppliers to ensure that the organization's standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability of supply are met.- Works directly with the suppliers to assure capacity and continuity of supply for specific components.- Spanish, Portuguese, and English fluency preferred.**What you need to have**:- 5-7 Years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement or Supply Chain related discipline- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.**What makes you stand out?**- Exposure to ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP- Strong insurance and / or insurance broking business domain knowledge- Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.- Project Management Capabilities- Leadership: An experienced team leader- Influencing, leading, and delegating abilities- Ability to initiate/manage cross-functional teams and multi-disciplinary projects.- Critical thinking, decision making and problem solving skills.- Planning and organizing - Organizational abilities- Result oriented: Ability to achieve the target within given time- Excellence Communication skills.- Negotiating skills- Conflict resolution.- Adaptability - Efficient under pressure, always meet deadlinesMarsh McLennan is committed to creating a diverse, inclusive and flexible work environment.
