We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Process Reengineering Consultant- Identifying opportunities or challenges which need to be taken forward in order to meet the overall strategy- Able to interact with key stakeholders and should be confident to challenge them, where appropriate, seeking guidance from line management when required- Working as part of a wider team of consultants, directed by Senior Process Re-Engineering Managers. The role should be able to take the initiative to complete key activities, consulting line management for advice whenever required- Supporting Sr. Process Reengineering Mangers in operationalizing the strategy and take it to the next level of detail in terms of integrated solution and plans- Supporting the function through re-engineering and challenge of status quo, i.e. identify the problem, qualify and quantify the “Art of Possible”, design the solution to the process, procedures, inputs and outputs and the organization.- Delivering business benefits through working with process owners, stakeholders, change teams to focus on productivity, quality to achieve desired efficiency and effectiveness.- Collaborating and developing a sense of community which incorporates process experts within the function, the business and service delivery.- Have a basic understanding of the external environment including: Main banking- competitors; Regulatory environment; Key events in world / local news that could impact HSBC; Global economy; Other industries i.e. latest innovation and technologies etc.- Be able to contribute to design solutions that must comply with applicable legal and- regulatory requirements, whilst also challenging interpretation of these requirements to ensure that we take a commercial approach to their implementation.- Have strong knowledge in change and performance improvement methodologies- Have strong financial and commercial acumen and the ability to understand and contribute to business cases- Strong contributor with proven track record in change management, process improvement and business transformation.**Requirements**:**Qualification**- **Must have at least two to three years of experience working **on process ree**ngineering/ change initiatives in HSBC, or other large complex** organizations. Leading large complex change at a global financial services institution or equivalent management consulting experience**:- **Typical qualifications would include an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Science, Technology, Business Administration, Social Sciences (e.g. psychology, economics), Finance / Accounting or a related field**:- **Green Belt Six Sigma certification**:- **Operational Management Qualifications**:- **Advanced degree advantageous****You’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.****Issued By HSBC Electronic Data Processing (India) Private LTD
