You are meticulous, tech-savvy, and understand project success meanwhile loving to plan, organize, budget. As a Technical Project Manager / Salesforce Consultant, you will be responsible for intaking consulting requests from our book of clients that have arrears billing arrangements. You will be responsible for triaging, estimating, getting approval, grooming, and either executing on the request or working hand in hand with developers and other resources to deliver the requests. Our solutions utilize in-depth technical aspects of all areas of the Salesforce platform, and require the highest quality implementations built for scale, efficiency, and great customer experience.You will report to the General Manager.**Your Mission**The mission for this role is to take ad-hoc client requests from triage to implementation, while maintaining client satisfaction.**Your Goals**- **Manage Expectations**:Clearly communicate costs, timelines, and progress to keep clients happy.- **Salesforce Expert Consultant**: Serve as the client’s Salesforce Consultant and help them take advantage of the Salesforce platform through each request.**Your Responsibilities**- Intake ad-hoc requests and communicate the level of effort require to scope a solution and prepare a complete level of effort.- When approved, scope out the appropriate solution(s), the requirements of such solution, and the total level of effort and timeline of all resources to be involved through UAT, deployment, and sign-off.- Obtain client approval on total LOE to begin build and to coordinate UAT efforts and sign off once delivered- Conduct consulting and working sessions when necessary for requirements gathering.- Coordinate and manage any additional resources as necessary for those build tasks that can’t be satisfied on your own.- Execute on any declarative solutions if not parsed off to other resources.- Manage project deliverables, estimates, financials and schedule to ensure the project stays on track and drive implementation of the solution- Provide clear, effective, and grammatically correct communication on risks, scope changes and an understanding of change management techniques and processes**Your Qualifications**- Minimum of 3 + years of Salesforce Project Management experience, preferably with 5 full life cycle Salesforce project implementation experience- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects- Experience with Jira or other project management tools- Can serve as the client’s Salesforce expert and consultantPay: $1,210,001.00 - $1,382,858.00 per yearApplication Question(s):- How many Salesforce full life cycle projects have you accomplished?**Experience**:- Project Management: 4 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)License/Certification:- Salesforce Certification (preferred)Work Location: Remote
