**Demand Planner**Demand Planners play a key role in forecasting, analyzing market trends, and developing demand plans to ensure optimal inventory levels and customer satisfaction.**_ Responsibilities:_****_ Education and Experience Required: _**Typically 3-5 years work experience in business, supply chain management, operations, finance, or related functional area. University degree (B.A./B.S.) or demonstrable equivalent.**_ Knowledge and Skills: _**- Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting or supply chain related roles.- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends effectively.- Advanced proficiency in Excel and demand planning software (e.g. SAP)- Ability to leverage new analytical techniques to develop creative approaches to business analysis.- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.- Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting.
