Your strategic insights and collaborative spirit will be instrumental in optimizing end-to-end high-volume planning processes for Last Mile.Key job responsibilities- Drive integration of the end to end (E2E) supply chain change management processes to deliver for internal & external customers.- Lead network-wide projects and high-volume event planning and post-mortem.- Work across the NA organization in a cross-functional environment with the forecasting teams, Fulfillment Centers, Sort Centers, Delivery Stations and Technology teams- Foster communication channels and collaboration with the different Supply Chain execution and Long-Term Planning teams- Drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes and reduce non-value added work- Develop standard planning process mechanisms for all AMXL planning cycles to document assumptions and initiatives that need to be executed to meet the plan, and organize a tracking mechanisms to follow initiative statuses.- Monitor quality of the network initiatives implementation, monitor progress of initiatives and make changes to the plan to reflect in the latest quarterly guidance- Actively seek collaboration & standardization of cadences/processes across business lines geographies- Own planning long & short term forecast for Delivery stations at cycle level.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of program or project management experience.- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.- Completed Bachelor Degree.- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal (C1+)PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
