The Supply Chain Leader will report to the Plant Leader with direct line responsibility for customer delivery, production planning, supplier fulfilment, purchasing, and Lean.**Essential Responsibilities**:- ** Alignment of Supply constraint and customer demand**- Maintain alignment of supply constraint at lead time as input into Supply Chain S&OP process.- Oversight to ensure demonstrated supply capability to meet mid/long term demand.- Support Rough Cut Capacity Plan process for people, machine, and material capability at lead time.- Accountable to create, train, support, and improve delivery & inventory management processes.- ** Production planning and execution**:- Define and reinforce replenishment strategy based on Supply Chain condition: level, pull, MTO, push.- Standardize production planning process methodology to achieve customer Takt efficiently.- Lead escalation support and problem solving where gaps in delivery performance exist.- ** Inventory planning and logistic strategy**:- Stabilize indirect raw material planning and consumption processes within supplier lead time.- Optimizing logistic flows driving balance of delivery lead time, frequency, and total logistic cost.- Drive use of PFEP optimizing logistic cost, delivery frequency, storage strategy, inventory coverage.**Qualifications/Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.- Minimum 8 years of experience in materials, production planning, Purchasing, Warehouse management, Customs, Customer Planning, etc.**Desired Characteristics**:- Uncompromising **Safety and Quality first** mindset- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Management / master’s degree preferred.- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and production control.- Demonstrated problem solving skills - both executing and in coaching others.- Ability to lead and influence in a matrix organization.- Strong oral and written communication skills.- Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills using GE leadership behaviors- Influence skills within GEA and Suppliers - from Senior Executive to front line leaders.**Additional Information**:**Relocation Assistance Provided**:Yes
