SHE Business Process AnalystPositions are open to Mexican Citizens and official residents of Mexico.Location: Guadalajara (hybrid)Strong English communication skills required.Join our dynamic team at AstraZeneca as a SHE Business Process Analyst. In this role, you will be a key player in supporting the AZ SHE System, a global tool for the management of Safety, Health, and the Environment (SHE). You will be responsible for gathering user reporting requirements, creating requirement documentation, and ensuring quality assurance for the AZ SHE system and other related data management systems. This role is a liaison end users, IT, and development teams, translating business needs into technical requirements, and implementing system enhancements.Accountabilities:As a SHE Business Process Analyst, you will collaborate with the Senior Business Process Analyst and the System Owner to implement solutions that optimize business process performance. You will work with development teams to implement new and amended system requirements, communicate system change requests to main partners, and act as the main point of contact for any technical inquiries or issues. You will also define successful outcomes for system testing and work closely with testers to ensure problems are identified and resolved.Essential Skills/Experience:- Superb communication and interpersonal skills- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience- Minimum 5 years' experience in a role associated with Safety, Health and Environment, business analysis, and/or data management- Competent in working across time zones- Good knowledge of SHE business processes- Experience with requirements elicitation, requirements analysis and documentation- Knowledge of Lean problem-solving methodologies- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Fluent in EnglishDesirable Skills/Experience:- Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills- Good knowledge of Enablon Vision Platform- Understanding of analytics tools, particularly PowerBI- Knowledge of Microsoft systems (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)- Knowledge of Agile methodology or experience working in an Agile environment- Good knowledge of change management and communications principlesAt AstraZeneca, we are confidently shaping a new future.
