Global Sustainability and SHE Business AdministratorPositions are open to Mexican Citizens and official residents of Mexico.Location: Guadalajara (hybrid)Strong English communication skills required.Join our dynamic International team as a Global Sustainability, and SHE Business Administrator. In this role, you will provide transactional business level support to the Global Sustainability & SHE team, coordinating with various teams to ensure that transactional activities are delivered. This role is a unique opportunity to learn and grow by accepting diverse opportunities in a fast-growing pharmaceutical company.Accountabilities:As a Global Sustainability, and SHE Business Administrator, you will act as the key person for the organization to lead Coupa end to end activities including 3PRM facilitation and CDA generation. You will also support the Chemical Regulatory and Health Hazards team, the Environmental team, and the broader team by assisting with calendar management for standing meetings and events, coordinating the Foresight process, and coordinating legacy claim process.Essential Skills/Experience:- AZ System knowledge- Experience working with diverse customer groups with varying needs and levels of seniority- Sound understanding of key financial processes with AZ- Attention to detail- Communication- Co-ordination- Data management- Teamwork- Meeting deadlinesDesirable Skills/Experience:- Understanding of Sustainability- Good understanding of global information gathering- Lean processes- Experience in multi-country/language assignments- Experience using CoupaAt AstraZeneca, we are confidently shaping a new future.
