**Vacante para la empresa BACK OFFICE DE CHIHUAHUA en Mérida, Yucatán**:Estamos buscando un(a) **Contador(a) Administrativo(a)** **bilingüe**proactivo(a) y orientado(a) a los detalles para gestionar funciones clave contables y administrativas.**Horario**:- Lunes a viernes- 7:00 AM 4:00 PM CT MX- Modalidad: Presencial o remota (_preferentemente presencial_)**Responsabilidades**:- Procesar cuentas por pagar y cuentas por cobrar- Registrar costos de proyectos y asignar transacciones en QuickBooks- Establecer datos de reconocimiento de ingresos para facturas de clientes- Procesar boletos de envío y generar guías de empaque- Gestionar órdenes de compra entrantes de clientes- Registrar horas del equipo de servicio en campo en relación con presupuestos de proyectos- Tomar notas durante reuniones iniciales de equipo y generar tareas accionables- Apoyar la implementación del ERP mediante carga de datos y configuración del entorno de prueba- Colaborar con el equipo directivo para documentar y mejorar procedimientos operativos estándar (SOPs)- Realizar otras tareas administrativas asignadas**Requisitos y Cualificaciones****Experiência y Formación**:- Inglés Avanzado (B2 - C2)- Mínimo de 2 a 3 años de experiência en contabilidad o soporte operativo- Experiência previa con QuickBooks (o capacidad para aprender rápidamente)- Fuertes habilidades de redacción en inglés; comunicación clara y profesional- Se valora experiência en costeo de proyectos y seguimiento financiero- Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y gestionar el tiempo eficazmente- Experiência en empresas emergentes o en etapa de crecimiento es un plus**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Medio**Función departamental**:Contabilidad / Finanzas**Industria**:Contabilidad**Habilidades**:- quickbooks- Excel- Accounting
