Esta oportunidad es para ti**_- Estamos buscando un/a _**HR Business Partner (HRBP)**_ _para trabajar de la mano con nuestros líderes operativos, fortaleciendo el vínculo entre Recursos Humanos y la operación. Serás responsable de implementar estrategias clave de gestión del talento, clima laboral, desarrollo, desempeño y cultura organizacional._**Responsabilidades Principales**- Ser el punto de contacto estratégico entre Recursos Humanos y los líderes del call center.- Apoyar en el reclutamiento, capacitación, desarrollo y retención de talento operativo.- Detectar oportunidades de mejora en el clima laboral y liderar iniciativas para fortalecerlo.- Gestionar procesos de desempeño, retroalimentación y planes de acción.- Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas internas y normativas laborales vigentes.- Brindar apoyo en la resolución de conflictos laborales y en procesos disciplinarios.- Analizar indicadores de RRHH (rotación, ausentismo, clima, etc.) y proponer soluciones efectivas.**Requisitos**- Licenciatura en Psicología, Recursos Humanos, Administración o afín.- Mínimo 1 año de experiência en Recursos Humanos (deseable como HRBP).- Experiência trabajando en Call Centers o ambientes de alta rotación.- Conocimiento sólido en legislación laboral.- Excel intermedio/avanzado y manejo de KPIs de RRHH.- Habilidades interpersonales, comunicación efectiva y liderazgo.**Ofrecemos**- Sueldo competitivo **$10,000 Netos**:- Prestaciones superiores a las de ley- Excelente ambiente laboral- Oportunidades de crecimiento y desarrollo- **Zona: Rio Amazonas a 10 minutos de Metrobús Hamburgo**_- **Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 08:00 a 05:00 p.m Sábado de 08:00 a 04:00 p.m**_- **Forma parte de nuestro equipo y transforma la experiência de nuestros colaboradores desde el área de Recursos Humanos Postúlate por este medio**_Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $10,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Opción a contrato indefinidoLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
