**Description****Responsibilities**:- Responsible for performing of process activities in the process section (Division, Function, Country)- Executes assigned tasks on time to ensure efficient service delivery; addresses open issues independently and supports resolution; identifies areas for improvement and recommends improvement solutions in the activity areas- Collaborates with the process specialist and other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned activities- Recommends changes of process standards and procedures to improve the timely performance of process activities- Contributes to ensure service delivery of the team is within the agreed SLAs and KPIs- Coordination & follow up with various internal and external stakeholders Supports Process Specialist in any additional activities as required- Knowledge in Accounting**Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting or Business administration- 1 - 3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or Controlling Experience of working in service delivery model environment- Robust process understanding from the content and technical (IT) perspective- Good understanding of business set-up and interconnections- Ability to interact with Process stakeholders at various levels- Good communication and skills- Good problem solving and analytical skills as well as proven ability to prioritize tasks- Demonstrated ability to achieve objectives, focus on details and good analytical skills- Detail oriented, structured- Technical skills- Strong MS Office skills- Proficient in IT systems: ERP (SAP desirable), Planning & Reporting tools and integrated solutions- Understanding of end-to-end process, systems and data flows across organization at business and finance side- Language skills: Fluent in English, and local language- #LI-Hybrid_
