The role is responsible for conducting comprehensive quality control testing and analysis to ensure software products meet or exceed defined quality standards and end‑user requirements.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Actively use AI in usual work Perform quality assurance and testing using modern, state‑of‑the‑art testing processes (including clean room testing) as well as manual QA/testing when required Create, review, and approve test plans and test scripts to ensure alignment with company standards and IT strategy Develop test data sets containing both valid and invalid records to thoroughly verify program logic and system workflows Collaborate with business users/end‑users to plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), alpha, and beta testing phases Verify successful completion of system testing, document results, and ensure all identified issues are properly resolved Develop Autotests Core Focus Areas: Strong emphasis on structured testing processes and documentation Combination of manual testing + formal QA methodology + writing code Active participation in user acceptance and pre‑release validation Opportunity to influence and shape quality culture and standards WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR Conducts a wide range of quality control tests and analyses to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and end‑user requirements Performs quality assurance and testing in an environment that typically uses state‑of‑the‑art software applications testing processes (i.e., testing "clean room") but may also include manual QA/Testing Drafts, revises and approves test plans and scripts to ensure alignment with standards and IT strategy Creates test data files with valid and invalid records to thoroughly test program logic and verify system flow Collaborates with users to plan user acceptance testing, alpha and beta testing Ensures that system tests are successfully completed and documented and all problems are resolved May develop, revise and approve quality assurance and testing policies, standards and procedures *Please submit your resume and application in English WHO WE ARE A Swiss company founded in Singapore in 2003, Acronis offers over twenty years of innovation with 15 offices worldwide and more than 1800 employees in 50+ countries.
