**Position**:**Buscamos incorporar a nuestro equipo un/a Retail Manager, quien será responsable de ejecutar estrategias de sell out de acuerdo a las necesidades del punto de venta de cada entidad asegurando el logro de los objetivos de ventas a través de la correcta supervisión del equipo de ventas.****Job responsibilities**:**Responsabilidades principales**:**-Supervisión del equipo de punto de venta para asegurar el alcance de las cuotas de ventas****-Definir objetivos de línea para asegurar el ranking de crecimiento previsto y la cuota de mercado por minorista y por puerta****-Cumplir la cuota de sell out cada mes según cada punto de venta de su zona.****-Desarrollar estrategias comerciales en el punto de venta para sugerir opciones sobre cómo mantener la viabilidad del negocio****-Supervisar las ventas y las actividades de marketing/trade marketing para asegurar que se cumplan los objetivos de ventas****-Resolver eficazmente los problemas relativos a las necesidades de BCs y puntos de venta para asegurar la consecución de los objetivos****-Reclutamiento y Selección de BCs para asegurar un buen equipo que cumpla los objetivos en tiempo****-Cumplir la cuota de sell out cada mes según cada punto de venta de su zona.****-Responsable de alcanzar y mantener el % de rotación y el plan de carrera del equipo de punto de venta****Profile**:**Perfil ideal**:**-**Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Marketing o afines- Capacidad para anticiparse a los requisitos de ventas y a las necesidades del mercado y de la marca- Resolución de problemas- Liderazgo de equipos- Buenas habilidades de comunicación interpersonal, verbal y escrita- Orientación a las ventas- Capacidad de análisis para toma de decisiones- Sólidas técnicas de venta**_LOEWE PERFUMES _****MAISON***:- LOEWE Perfumes adds a multisensory dimension to LOEWE via a kaleidoscopic range of iconic fragrances for men, for women and for the home that combine vibrant, nature-inspired olfactory experiences with bold visual expression.In 1972, LOEWE launched its first women’s fragrance: L de Loewe.
