Visión general:Implement the Safety, Health and Environment Management System under international standards with the objectives and increase the proactive EHS culture with the staff and reduce the risk of operations.**Responsabilidades**:- Implement the Safety, Health and Environment Management System under international standards with the objectives and increase the proactive EHS culture with the staff and reduce the risk of operations.- Regulations on safety, health and environment, accident and incident prevention programs in safety audits, 5 'S and Intelex or other environmental management systems, mechanical equipment, fire fighting equipment, PPE equipment, development and training of fire brigades fires, security processes, personnel management, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, report any violation of safety, health and / or environment.- Maintain a safe work circle through connections with: corporate and government institutions (IMSS, PROFEPA, STPS, CNA, SSA, etc.).- Develop security procedures applicable to personnel working in the plant to maintain the physical and material integrity of the company. Advice during the SPC analysis to identify the root cause of an incident and correct it. Develop and/or implement procedures, instructions, visual aids and formats necessary to strengthen the Safety, Health and Environment Management System.- Carry out audits of the Safety and Environment systems, carrying out the analysis. Advise and inform staff when a change in regulations or policies related to EHS is made. Attend inspections carried out by STPS, IMSS, PROFEPA, CONAGUA, SSA or other applicable regulations- Ensure the implementation and monitoring of the EHS & S processes of the area and risk control, and attend the results inspection meetings of the Administration on matters related to security, and participate in internal audits, investigation and analysis of accidents and loss of time in your area, and performance evaluations in the safety department.- Guarantee a sustainable operation in compliance with Mexican legislation on Safety, Health and Environment. In charge of the control center in case of an emergency, with the support of the coordinators and the emergency team to minimize human and operational losses.Requisitios:Education: chemical, mechanical or industrial engineer or related to safety.Technical Skills: Safety, Health and Environment Regulation, Accident and Incident Prevention Programs, Safety Related Audits, 5's, Environmental Management System, Safety Procedures, Personnel Management, OHSAS/ISO, Preparedness for emergencies. Ergonomics, safety and environmental system audits, instructor.Experience: 5 years.Languages: fluent EnglishDevelopment requirements Safety culture. EHS expenses. Environmental control, Asset security. Legal requirements. Management systems: OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 / Clean Industry. Intelex project management or other familiarity with the EMS system
