**Visión general**:Define the critical variables in the process and seek to improve the CP and CPK as well as reduce the variation in the processes. Participate in the improvement projects of the different areas (preparation of Casting & Case Mold, White Inspection, Glazing & Dryers) to define the correct process.Generates work instructions and problem solving and define correct control limits for each variable.**Responsabilidades**:Enforces security policies and procedures implemented by the EHS teamMeets the quality standards required to meet our customers’ expectations and work with quality team to find root causes and resolve any quality compliance issues caused by the production process.Works with the project and manufacturing optimization team to meet performance goals that drive quality and production improvements at the plantEstablishs metrics for area leaders and supervisorsEnsures compliance with production programCompliance programmed parts warehouseCompliance Quality FFYCompliance TLMetric compliance with quality and safety**Requisitios**:**Education**:Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related**Experience**:3-6 years in production areas**Skills and Abilities**:People management.Six sigma methodology knowledgeStatistical process control knowledgeMethodology lean knowledgeSecurity ProcessesSecurity System ISO 45000OEELine BalancingKaizenBudget Control and Cost ManagementManufacture ProcessQuality Basic Tools (Pareto, Ishikawa, 5´s, Control Charts)Quality Core Tools (SPC, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, APQP)Control PlanBudgets inventory control
