They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.**What your background should look like**:**Engagement**:- Responsable de planificar y comunicar actividades y eventos de engagement acorde al calendario- Responsable de la realización de eventos y actividades acorde al calendario siendo a su vez responsable del seguimiento a proveedores- Responsable del métrico de engagement- Responsable de implementar y compartir iniciativas para mejorar la motivación y clima organizacional.- Responsable de la comunicación interna- Mantener una relación cordial con sindicato comunicando los eventos mensuales y haciéndolos parte de los mismos- Realiza acciones para reducción el impacto ambiental, así como actividades para el cumplimiento de la norma de ISO14001.- Autoridad para detener un proceso en el cual existe la posibilidad de dañar al medio ambiente o/y que esté fuera del cumplimiento legal ambiental.**Nível de Estudio**Licenciatura**Experiência Profesional**2 años de experiência**Conocimientos Específicos y habilidades**- Comunicación efectiva- Habilidad de planificación y ejecucion de eventos- Manejo de proveedores- Conocimiento de TRESS- Manejo de herramientas de comunicación- Conocimiento de Reglamento Interior de Trabajo y básico de la Ley Federal del Trabajo.- Conocimientos aplicables al puesto en IATF 16949 e ISO 14001- Ingles avanzadoPosicion en sitio en Hermosillo Sonora.**Competencies**:- Values: Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Innovation
