Realizar todo el servicio agendado en las instalaciones del cliente dentro del plazo establecido- Monitorear el uso de insumos diarios, comunicarlos a los vendedores e involucrar a las áreas internas correspondientes cuando sea necesario. Informar cuando el uso diario es muy alto, muy bajo o no cambia- Análisis físico - químicos- Controlar reactivos, dosificación e insumos- Actividades rutinarias de prueba o servicio- Mantenimiento de equipos- Responsable de la limpieza y pequeños mantenimientos de equipos y activos.- Monitorear el inventario / existencias de productos químicos para garantizar que no ocurran situaciones de falta de producto- Verificar todos los equipos equipamentos diariamente/semanalmente para garantizar que no tengan problemas- Monitorear la calibración de equipos de campo- Participación y eventual conducción de DDS.- Identificar y lanzar notas en el tablero (dashboard) de seguridad.- Proporcionar todos los informes a los clientes en el formato adecuado / estándar de manera oportuna- Realizar actividades administrativas que ayudan en la gestión de la calidad del producto- Realizar pruebas de laboratorio y acompañar las pruebas de campo de los clientes, para validar el desempeño de los productos con el objetivo de mantener y/o ganar cuentas.- Estar familiarizado con herramientas online - LWR, Acumen, FISPQ, OGOL, etc- Abrir SERC dentro del plazo - acompañar hasta la entrega- Realizar comunicaciones necesarias con el cliente, considerando inventarios, pruebas y equipos- Trabajar con el Gerente de Sitio para desarrollar actividades diarias que permitan proteger y expandir nuestros negocios- Trabajar en la relación con el cliente en sus diferentes níveles (gerencia / dirección )- Realizar capacitación técnica para la operación del cliente- Trabajar con el equipo de ventas para garantizar el crecimiento de las ventas en el local / área y distrito del cliente- Identificar y trabajar nuevas oportunidades y anticipar necesidades del cliente- Identificar proyectos de sustentabilidad y de entrega de valor- Apoyar técnicamente la construcción del plano estratégico con informaciones del cliente- Liderar la parte técnica en la operación del campoLas oportunidades para desarrollar Westrock Monterrey requieren una estructura de servcio que hoy en el equipo no se tiene el personal actual para esta cuenta adicionalEsta vacante ya fue aprobada, con el caso que se canceló el viernes 27 R
