Are you passionate about customer relations?Would you love to work for a global organization that is doing more good for people and planet?Joining science and creativity, we are an international collective of thinkers who partner with customers to bring scents, tastes, experiences, ingredients and solutions for products the world craves.We are now seeking a highly motivated and results driven individual to join our growing Nourish Customer Service team as **Junior Customer Service Representative Temp**.**Your Focus**As Customer Service Representative **Temp**, you will interface with customers and multiple business and functional partners to deliver exceptional service to customers and profitability to IFF.By Building successful relationships, you pull together and align multiple internal resources and capabilities, toward the goal of zero-defect customer satisfaction.**This role is based in IFF Tlalnepantla with a flexible schedule (1 day plant 4 home office)** and will report to Customer Service Coordinator.**This position will cover a maternity leave, the temporality of this position will be 6 months.****Job Requirements**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Processing Returns- Customer Invoicing- Prepare Forecast Reports- Administrative Support- Order Processing**What you will need to be successful**- Bachelor's degree in International Business, International Relations or any other relevant discipline.- 1 - 2 years of Customer Service experience.- Advanced English skills- SAP experience- Be proactive in follow up and preparing error free documents.- Independent, autonomous, structured and efficient work.- Competent and proactive communication with different target groups and stakeholders.**THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION FOR 6 MONTHS (MATERNITY COVER)
