Job Overview The Accounting Specialist plays a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization. This position is responsible for performing a wide range of accounting tasks, including processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team. Key Responsibilities Process and reconcile various types of transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Perform bank reconciliations, verify transactions, and resolve discrepancies. Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Manage prepaid accounts schedules, prepare journal entries, and maintain accurate records. Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring seamless execution. Maintain organized and accurate accounting records for audits and compliance purposes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. 3-5 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably in multinational companies. Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and proficiency in ERP systems, specifically SAP. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
