JOIN OUR TEAMThe Senior Plant Financial Analyst will support operations performance tracking, financial planning, and operational finance for Axalta's manufacturing site.This role will be a partner to plant and operations leadership, providing financial insights, managing key projects, and driving continuous improvement in plant performance.Key Responsabilities:- Lead the monthly closing, reporting, and analysis of plant financial performance- Partner with operations leadership to analyze production costs, variances, and KPIs, providing actionable insights to drive efficiency and cost reduction.- Develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans aligned with plant and business objectives.- Support inventory management, cycle country, and product costing- Provide financial insights on capital investment projects, productivity initiatives, and cost optimization programs.- Drive and support cross-functional projects related to operations plant efficiency improvement- Continuously improve financial reporting, processes, and systems.- Support digitalization transformation and S4 projectsRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.- CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus.- 3- 5 years of Finance experience, with Operations Finance or Manufacturing Finance background required.- Advanced English- Proficiency in Excel, ERP, SAP systems; knowledge of S4 / HANA, standard costing highly preferred.- At AXALTA, we operate under principles of equality and diversity, ensuring that talent is what matters most.We provide equal opportunities to all individuals, employees, and candidates, without discrimination based on age, ethnic origin, nationality, marital status, social status, health condition, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, or political views.
