**Requisitos**- Egresados de **cualquier carrera profesional** (no solo sistemas).- **Inglés conversacional avanzado**, capaz de atender llamadas y chats con usuarios internacionales.- Experiência en **atención al cliente o soporte** (mínimo 3 meses, puede ser en call center).- Interés en desarrollarse en el área de tecnología y soporte IT.**Responsabilidades**- Registrar, categorizar y priorizar tickets en **ServiceNow** u otra plataforma similar.- Dar soporte básico en problemas de hardware, software y red.- Apoyar a usuarios en **reseteo de contraseñas, accesos y cuentas**.- Escalar casos complejos a equipos de soporte de segundo y tercer nível.- Seguir guías y artículos de conocimiento para resolver solicitudes comunes.- Mantener un alto nível de servicio al cliente en cada interacción.- Participar en capacitaciones para fortalecer habilidades técnicas y de servicio.**Nota**No se requiere experiência técnica previa, pero sí **deseo de aprender y desarrollarse en tecnología**.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $9,000.00 - $12,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicosLugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 77504 Cancún, Quintana Roo
