**Job Title**: Key Account Manager**Location**: Monterrey, Nuevo León**Experience Required**: 1-2 years managing strategic B2C accounts, preferably in real estate**Employment Type**: Full-time**About the Role**We are looking for a **strategic and client-focused Key Account Manager** to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with experience managing high-value B2C client relationships in the real estate or broking industry. You’ll be responsible for driving long-term account growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and building strong partnerships with key stakeholders.**What You’ll Do**- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, acting as the main point of contact for client stakeholders- Understand client needs deeply and align our real estate solutions to achieve goals- Make marketing strategies- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a high-impact customer experience- Visit clients to maintain and strength relationships- Provide regular updates, forecasts, and insights to the leadership team**What We’re Looking For**- 1-2 years of experience in key account management, customer success, or B2C sales- Proven ability to retain and grow accounts in a consultative, value-driven manner- Strong relationship-building and communication skills across multiple levels of client organizations- Experience working with CRM and account planning tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)- Proactive, analytical, and solutions-oriented mindset- Fluent in English and Spanish- Based in or willing to relocate to Monterrey, N.L.
