Compliance with shipments and continuous improvement ideas in the area.What a typical day looks like:- Leads a team comprising of individual professionals (e.g. engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness requirements.- Responsible for the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment.- Responsible for the End to End process.- Manage and develop the personnel in charge.- Follow-up and Closing of work orders.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.- Experience as Production Supervisor.- Knowledge of production control systems (Serials, flows, traceability).- Experience in electronic manufacturing.- Experience in BACKEND process.- Availability of schedule.- Personnel management.What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.Job CategoryOperations**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
