Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Associate Production Supervisor located in Guadalajara Norte.Reporting to the Production Manager, the Associate Production Supervisor’s role involves:What a typical day looks like:- Responsible to produce several processes/lines in a highly technical environment.- Lead a team comprising individual professional (e.g. engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness requirements.- Reviews daily/regularly plant operating performance and advises on changes in operating conditions that will improve efficiencies/quality.- Troubleshoots/analyses operational problems and advises on their resolution. Holds regular discussions with operators to coach performance and improve operational understanding/capability.- Receives and evaluates ideas for plant improvements and works with qualified engineers to develop project proposals.- Experience in Electronics Industries (desirable)The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- Beginner English- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree.- Provides technical/operational advice to project teams.- May act as principal interface between the operation team and the maintenance function.- May train and coach junior operators.- Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply to meet customer requirements.What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Pantry vouchers- Saving Fund- Christmas bonus- Holiday bonus- Medical Insurance- Life InsuranceEM57Job CategoryOperations**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
