Materials ManagerThe **Materials Manager** will oversee all aspects of materials and product flow, from planning and ordering to storage, control, and distribution, ensuring alignment with company needs and customer requirements.Key Responsibilities:- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement materials strategies using **Epicor ERP** to forecast needs, optimize inventory, and ensure continuous production.- **Inventory & Logistics**: Manage material receipt, storage, and distribution, including inventory control systems and audits. Coordinate logistics and transportation for timely deliveries, ensuring regulatory compliance.- **Team Leadership**: Lead, train, and develop the materials team, fostering continuous improvement, operational excellence, and adherence to safety and quality standards.- **Reporting & Analysis**: Prepare and analyze performance reports to identify trends, cost savings, and present recommendations to senior management.**Requirements**:- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years in materials management, preferably in the **automotive industry**.- **Skills**: Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory control, and relevant certifications (e.g., **APICS, CPSM**). Proficiency in ERP systems (**Epicor**), Microsoft Office Suite, and manufacturing software is desired.- **Language**: Proficiency in **Mandarin and Spanish OR English** (written and verbal).Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per yearAbility to commute/relocate:- Ramos Arizpe, Coah.
