D Group’s current portfolio of products and services includes IT products (computers, printers, printer cartridges, monitors) as well as Electric Vehicle modules and batteries.**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement automated optical inspection solutions using Kyence and Monet vision systems.- Utilize image processing libraries, including OpenCV and Falcon, to enhance inspection accuracy and efficiency.-- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AOI systems into production lines and workflows.- Conduct validation tests to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of AOI systems.- Perform failure analysis to identify root causes of inspection errors and implement corrective actions.- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in vision systems technology to continuously improve inspection processes.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.- Proven experience in developing and deploying AOI solutions using Kyence and Monet vision systems.- In-depth knowledge of image processing techniques and libraries, such as OpenCV and Falcon.-- Strong understanding of system design principles and best practices.- Experience with validation procedures and failure analysis in AOI systems.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within cross-functional teams.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.- Certification in AOI system design or validation.- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to automated optical inspection.- Prior experience in a manufacturing or quality assurance environment.Foxconn is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
