We promote an inclusive culture, where we value different perspectives and provide career growth and development opportunities. #WelcomeToCognizant**Responsibilities**:- Lead the design and implementation of data architecture solutions using Power BI MSTR Admin Hyperion Amazon QuickSight OBIEE / OAC Informatica Spotfire Automic Alteryx and Tableau.- Oversee the development and maintenance of data models and data integration processes.- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team on best practices for data management and analytics.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Ensure the scalability performance and security of data solutions.- Develop and maintain documentation for data architecture processes and procedures.- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of data solutions to ensure they meet business needs and compliance requirements.- Implement data governance and data quality standards to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data.- Monitor and optimize data solutions to improve performance and reduce costs.- Provide training and support to end-users on data tools and technologies.- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data architecture and analytics.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data processes and methodologies.- Work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site work as needed.**Qualifications**:- Possess strong expertise in Power BI MSTR Admin Hyperion Amazon QuickSight OBIEE / OAC Informatica Spotfire Automic Alteryx and Tableau.- Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in data architecture and analytics.- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.- Show proficiency in data modeling data integration and data governance.- Have experience with hybrid work models and the ability to manage remote and on-site tasks effectively.- Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Certifications RequiredCertified Power BI Professional MSTR Certified Specialist Hyperion Certified Expert Amazon QuickSight Certification OBIEE Certified Implementation Specialist.Why Cognizant?Improve your career in one of the largest and fastest-growing IT services providers worldwide.Receive ongoing support and funding with training and development plans.Have highly competitive benefits and salary packages.Get the opportunity to work for leading global companies.We are committed to respecting human rights and building a better future by helping your minds and the environment.We invest in people and their well-being.We build conditions for everyone to thrive.
