Data Lead

The Enterprise Master Data Lead will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of master data management processes and systems within the SAP S/4HANA environment, as well as Master Data Management solutions supporting enterprise level initiatives. This includes working with business stakeholders to understand their data needs, designing and implementing data architectures, and ensuring the quality and integrity of master data within the SAP S/4HANA system. The Enterprise Master Data Lead will also be responsible for providing technical leadership and mentorship to the master data management team and collaborating with other teams to ensure the success of data-related projects.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of master data management processes and systems within the SAP S/4HANA environment, in addition to supporting enterprise Master Data Management solutions
- Collaborate with Enterprise Data and Analytics team to design and implement data architecture that meet the needs of enterprise data and analytics key outcomes
- Work with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate these into functional requirements for the master data management team
- Design and implement data architectures that meet the needs of the business and ensure the quality and integrity of master data within the SAP S/4HANA system
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the master data management team
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure the successful execution of data-related projects
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in SAP S/4HANA master data management and related technologies

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with enterprise grade MDM tools like SAP MDG and Informatica
- Strong understanding of SAP MDG functionality and configuration
- Knowledge of modern data architectures and data management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
