**Position: Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager (100% remote)**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:- **Graphic Design Responsibilities**_- Create designs and associated marketing materials for events, conferences, campaigns, print, online, video and social media- Develop content for social media including reels,- Participate in weekly marketing meeting provide updates on projects- Use project management software tools- Use Microsoft Dynamics Marketing to:Create content for companywide marketing plans- Design and deploy event registration through our Microsoft Dynamics Marketing program- Design marketing materials in line with the marketing plan, including but not limited to:Business cardsNametagsPrint and digital flyersPreLead & survey formsSignageAdvertisementsEvent registration pages (in Microsoft Dynamics and company Wix website)Social media postsPitch decks and/or PowerPoint presentationsIn house company documents such as handbooks, phone directories and accountability chart- **Content Creator**_- Create content of our website to ensure that they are current, dynamic, and relevant- Curate content in both physical and digital forms to be represented on channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn- Build a calendar to provide quarterly content updates to the three business websites.- **Brand Awareness and Corporate Image**_- Overall responsibility for staying within brand management and corporate identity- Reinforce Lulo Libros corporate brand through consistent imagery, colors, fonts, apparel, and written communications- **Marketing Metrics**_- Analyze the performance of our marketing efforts- Suggest new ideas and ways to improve metrics and ROI- **What You Need**_- Proven experience in typesetting, layout design, and graphic design- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)- 3D graphic design experience not required, but is a plus- Knowledge of print and online advertising processes and requirements- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment- A portfolio that shows strategic and creative execution of design- **A connection with education, kids, and books is a PLUS**PAYMENT:Monthly Salary of $1500 USDPayments are processed and sent via Wise or similar platform at an established frequency (twice a month)SCHEDULE: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CDT**Application Disclaimer: Please Read Before Proceeding**Pay: $25,651.50 per monthApplication Question(s):Work Location: Remote
